Viewing and updating a specific ticket

having found your ticket by either

  • clicking through from an email
  • searching in the portal
  • or clicking through from the list view of all your tickets

you can get into the detail of that ticket


Here you can see 

  • the original information you have submitted
  • The current status
  • Any updates from our support team


You can also choose to leave an update of your own or close a ticket (top circle in the image below) if you have found it is no longer an issue
