having found your ticket by either
- clicking through from an email
- searching in the portal
- or clicking through from the list view of all your tickets
you can get into the detail of that ticket
Here you can see
- the original information you have submitted
- The current status
- Any updates from our support team
You can also choose to leave an update of your own or close a ticket (top circle in the image below) if you have found it is no longer an issue
